What is SMS?
The purpose of this survey is to understand the use of shared modes of transportation by Kelowna citizens. Shared mobility is an umbrella term that encompasses a variety of transportation modes including carsharing, bicycle and e-scooter sharing systems, hide-hailing companies, public transit, and taxi.
Are there any incentives to the participants?
Survey participants can enter to win 1 of 3 $50 prizes, or one of five $20 prizes.

You can use either your personal computer, tablet or mobile phone to complete the survey.
When can I participate?
The link will be open for two weeks from July 4th, 2022 to July 22nd, 2022.
Who can participate?
Anyone over the age of 18 who lives and/or works in Kelowna, BC.
How long does it take to complete the survey?
The survey will take 10-15 minutes to complete.
How will the information be protected?
Confidentiality of the data will be strictly maintained. The data will not be shared with a 3rd party and will only be utilized for research purposes. This online questionnaire is administered by the UBC-hosted version of Qualtrics. Data will be securely stored in the UBC facility in Canada.
