students, Ling Sun!
Ling, a third-year civil engineering student at UBC Okanagan, has recently been honored with
several prestigious awards, including: NSERC Undergraduate Student Research Award
(USRA) Deputy Vice-Chancellor Scholarship Stuart Olson Bursary Rio Tinto
Scholarship
Under the supervision of Dr. Fatmi at UiTR Lab, Ling is conducting impactful research on public
transit ridership. Her passion lies in Transportation Modeling and Travel Demand Modeling.
Her outstanding dedication and hard work have also earned her the Undergraduate Research
Award, nominated by the School of Engineering at UBC Okanagan.
